AOE stoneskin outside of combat

thing is, stokeskin is for combat, I don't see much use out of combat, other than to feel safer walking around mobs I guess.

Quality of Life refers to making something require less effort, that does not affect certain balances. This would be useful for prebuff situations. Prebuff is going to happen regardless. Might as well make it easier.
