AOE stoneskin outside of combat

This would be a suggestion aimed mostly at raiding, specifically recovering after wipes. Casting Stoneskin once instead of 8 times on the party after a wipe would help speed up wipe recovery, and also help speed up pulls at the start of instances if a WHM is in the party.

Also forgetting than after a wipe, people tend to talk strategy so wiping doesn't happen again, the healer could use that time to skin everyone. But I see the point.
