Sorry if I seem a bit lost on this (it's all bloody terminology changes in my mind) - we talking about the new High Allagan weapons? Or are there further weapons available from Roweena's troupe? (other than the levi ones)

There is Weathered <weapon> at i100 that you can buy with Rowena's Token (Soldiery) costing a total of 1300 Soldiery tomes. In addition you need an Unidentified Allagan Tomestone that drops from T7 and T8.
These can be upgraded to i110 with a T8/T9 drop (Sands of Time iirc).

High Allagan weapons are i115 and drop from T9.

Other weathered gear can up upgraded to non-weathered with Oil of Time or Sands of Time, depending on gear type. Oil of Time drops in T7 and T9, Sands of Time drops in T8 and T9 iirc.
I believe T6 only drops High Allagan gear.

Cool Cool, Yeah I knew with the Coil 6-9 stuffs and the Weathered gears, just never seen the weathered weapons.

Indeed that is, you can see all the weapons stats at fallgourd from Gerolt's Apprentice, as well as all the armor's both upgraded and non in case you wanted to look at them :3
