Desperate request to SE from a frustrated PvPer

The reason your teams are not getting matched together is because of the matchmaking restrictions that I am complaining about. The average rank of the members on the 2 teams has to be very close, or the que will never pop. The win traders have this figured out though, and organize their teams to have similar average ranks.

So let me get this straight... even if NO OTHER teams are available, rather than match you with a higher rank because the system has no choice, the match making system will simply never match up the two teams even if they are the only ones queued?

Here's whats strange.. It would grant us a few matches when our 2 teams of 4 queued up.... maybe 3-4 matches.. then the queue would die... are those first couple matches always a fluke? It always seems to follow the same pattern.
