Ilv100-110 Healer's gear and accessories lacking alot of Piety

Hello FFXIV'ers and Forum supervisors
As in the title , the new healer's gear is lacking alot alot of piety ! and if it was replaced with determination \ Spellspeed \ or critical hit ! it's OK!

but ! But accuracy ! why do I need Accuracy?
even if i'm a scholar I won't hit the accuracy cap or will be helping me using my energy drain ...

Is it only me or it's the same for all healers?

My mana was around 4.7k and now it's just 4.2k ! because of the ilv100\110 and it'll be decreasing more and more the more items that i'm gonna get

It allows them to have more variations in stats for healers. Instead of always only 3 major variations. Plus if you kept getting more and more PIE, due to how mp regen works, you could almost ignore MP management.

You can already ignore it for everything except the hardest content in the game. But beyond that, if you have the top-end gear in the game, it SHOULD reduce things like MP management.

4200 is somewhat low

while 4500 is good amount

and yes seems lacking piety

im i90 WHM and my mp is 4898

PIE is not needed for the endgame fights.
I can heal T8 almost solo as WHM and only need 1 Manasong for 15 seconds before the first 3 tower set because of the AoE madness there.
For T9 i do waste a lot of mana currently but that is probably because we aren't playing the fight well yet and i am pretty sure its doable without PIE as well.

Accuracy is completely useless though!

Accuracy is a third stat, though. It's not counted like Pie/Det/Crit/Speed are. Plus it's not useless. SCH's can use the accuracy.

In any place you can sneak in some damage. For example, I DPS in a few spots in T8 as a Scholar.

If piety was on every single piece of the new healer gear, it wouldn't reduce MP management, it would make it near pointless to manage it. And that's bad.

Even with the extra Accuracy it's still RNG To miss the energy drain or not

In turn 8 most of the ppl doing it 1 Tank so SCH damage is almost useless and not needed! if not all the groups my group does !

I'm not having any mana issues with the current MP which is 4.2k from 4.8 or 4.7k before

but it's just sucks that they gave us some useless stat

and in levi EX I usually do Solo Heal as WHM or sometimes as Scholar ! so I don't need the accuracy either because that's DPS Job to dps not healers to DPS! (EVEN If it's not a solo heal )

Job? Your job is to help the group clear the encounter to the best of your ability. And if you can throw some dps in to help clear it a bit quicker without hampering healing, why not? Also, even if Energy Drain misses, you still get the MP. Not to mention the ACC on the healer gear doesn't take away from the other secondaries.

Shadow Flare does not, but the rest need ACC. During Levi EX I miss a lot of my dots.

Energy Drain is a big one in a pinch, but anything else as well.
