The wards have a search feature which takes you right to the retainer that is selling what you searched for, if it took you hours to find something you did not use the "Item Search" feature.

Nono. I found the items all right (although I have to admit it took me some time to realize aktons were not classified as robes but as battle gowns and then find the right akton in the long list of that ward). That feature was already implemented 4 months ago. the problem was that once I had found an item, I had to search the (marked) retainer in the appropriate ward among his 500 brothers and sisters (50 of which shared the red star). For every equipment slot. And then, i had to search for the next item by running back to the end of the ward. For every equipment slot. Try it. Takes some time -.^/

You can summon your retainer in any city-state...

Oh. I thought it would not appear if it was still selling something in another city? Did they change that?
