No changes to ATMA?

I'm at 150 fates in eastern shroud, worst one yet, 3-4 days I've sat down for 2+ hrs but still no drop. I have 6 total, the others were usually 1-3hr drops, only 1 was the 2nd fate I completed and dropped it. I've also bounced around to the other 5 areas I need, completed about 20 fates in each, no drop. Worst game design decision I've seen yet. There needs to be a better way, like max fates, or increased rate drop per completed fate, or do all fates in an area etc. Like I mentioned in another post, if I only needed one, then fine I can deal with it, but 12! come on...
