    Well, caning means you get caned. If you are from SEA you probably know. Max sentense is 24 strokes, and roiting carries that.

    The poster you see is from Singapore. We have caning here for some crimes. Long story short, we tie you to a rack with your ass exposed, then a trained pro will smack your ass with a ratten cane <-- memories fuzzy.
