After looking over the requests and feedback, the graphics team has decided that when adding metallic equipment in the future, even if dyes are used, the metallic quality will be maintained and not appear to be painted over. They also mentioned that they will be looking into doing this for existing equipment as well, but they would like to prioritize new equipment.

It seems they did an exception to the DL. Even if it is not new equip, that they are dyeable is new.

dyeable DL was jsut introduced in todays patch, an yes all classes DL is now dyebale

Notice how when you dye DL not just 1 part of the armor gets dyed. The whole set take a shade of the color you're using.

Where have this been all this time? About time we ditch the crappy dye system we have for this stuff.

Maybe work on this instead of minions.

Robe, pants and gloves of Healing with Soot Black dye

The robe doesn't look as impressive but the pants look like a huge difference



I did manage to see a lalafell with HDL earlier, it seemed to be a dark purple color, looked impressive for sure
