    While it may not be the exact response you want, they have heard the whiny folks, and are considering changing/future quests.

    Let's see - 2 million players (by their count), "hundreds of threads" buy your count...that doesn't make up a large portion of the population base. If you don't like it, don't do it.

    Not everyone fills out feedback surveys for companies yet can be disgruntled or feel slighted. Everyone on the forums is a vocal minority by honest right but if people don't voice their opinions then it shows the devs that people don't care. Right or Wrong about how this is being handled it's still providing feedback to the Dev team. If we honestly want to get a full feedback we should find a way to convince them to give us another player's poll and EVERYONE should be required to fill it out before logging in. That's the only sure fire solution to the feedback.

    Seems you missed entirely the first sentience of my post and felt the need to assume that I was not providing feedback via proper methods. Perhaps it would be better to read a post entirely before replying to it, preferably from the beginning.

    You realize they're not obligated to respond to anything on the forums right? Not responding on the forums is not bad customer service. In fact, it's not customer service at all. You don't even need to be a customer to use the forums. Square responding to anything on the forums at all is called fan service. It's not something that they can always do either do to work schedules, personal life, etc.

    Instead of demanding attention, getting upset at them, or anything else, maybe you should take some time to think about how busy they most likely are, and that their personal time is their time.
