I must've missed the "major PVP patch" bit. Source on that?

I'm trying to find you the transcript, but it's from Live Letter XIII;

A matching system will be implemented so high rank players don't get matched with low rank
2.25 will be a big patch for PVP
The animal series will be implemented in 2.25
2.25 is going to have a massive PVP update
Frontlines will be coming in 2.3
Frontlines rules are still being worked on, please look forward to it!
