I believe they will wait for the first expansion, when they do something like add in real money transactions, they need to be able to take the first month's numbers to their bosses so they can receive all sorts of praise. They did this with selling extra retainers, they waited until they released ventures so more people would buy them. So why do I think they will wait for the expansion? Simple, that is when they will add a new race, so it will bolster their first month's sales by not only people swapping to the new race, but then half of them swapping back a couple weeks later, because everyone is a bunny now.

If they wait that long they'll be losing more money in the long run, though.

They are making plenty of money now though, if they hold this off for a bit, then start selling it, it will look like another surge in profits for them. Sometimes it's not about the amount of money you make, but when you make that money.

That's what I'm trying to figure out myself. Not even from a, "listen to me complain!" perspective - but rather because I am seeking answers.

When players continuously complained about lag and server issues near the launch of the game, Yoshi P himself came forward and actually explained to the player base why the lag was happening, how they can alleviate it, and what measures are being taken along with how much time the overall process took/would take. It was enlightening for me because I am a simple Law Student, so I have no idea how any of that worked and I honestly walked away from it feeling like I totally understood.

I suppose I am asking for something similar here. I at least want to know what is going on behind the scenes so I can at least try to sympathize with their hard work for us rather than sitting here twiddling my thumbs forever with no word.
