I think you should detail what "frustrating" means for you. Preferably through examples (in this game or other MMOs). A lot of people find the traditional grind of MMOs frustrating.

Personally, I love the old-school type of grind to be an included option, though it certainly does not have to be forced. Having spent almost a decade playing FFXI since NA release, this game is a cakewalk on time commitment and forgiveness.
