    my 2 star is
    comfort zone > (tot) > inner quiet > (tot) > steady hand 2 > waste not > hasty touch x4 > (tot) > manipulation > (tot) > steady hand 2 > waste not > hasty touch x4 > (tot) > (if excel bblessing) > steady hand 1 > (if ex bb) > great strides > (if ex bb) > ingenuity 2 > bb > careful syn 2

    but yes once u get your master book u need 60 2 star hq's from it for wpn/head

    For CP: 388 or 391, for craftmanship/control: min require stats are enough for x-star recipes.
