Keep in mind, Artemis Bow Atma, isn't really an i100 bow. It still has the same stats as the i90 Artemis Bow Zenith, plus the stats you get from books. For all intents and purposes it's really still just an i90 bow. You don't get the i100 base damage until you actually complete all 9 books.

He specifically said a 3 book Atma (all Dex).

He just wants to know what is better while he upgrades either or both, specifically for non-coil, so I assume that means he doesn't need the accuracy from either.

I'm no BRD expert, but I'd imagine 1 wpn damage and 39 crit beats 3 dex and 26 skill speed. Weapon damage isn't as good for bards as it is for other classes, but it isn't TERRIBLE either.
