Well I sure hope you never make a single mistake in your life.Queuing in the broken gear is not a mistake - it is plainly being careless (why else people stand near menders when they are doing dailies). Neither it stops the person from running dungeons - trials got echo and 4 player content was nerfed.
Would you make a careless person to start caring by forgiving them? It is important to understand why the "mistake" was made and deal with the cause, not the result.![]()
Don't fear the consequences - deal with them.
If a person is polite - he surely will not demand others to dismiss him (at least i would not). Again it's a team decision, if team decides not to dismiss - it's not polite to go afk or *disconnect*.Your mindset is clearly different from mine, but that's fine. You're welcome to your own opinion. As are others who are willing to overlook that sometimes things happen. Maybe someone who gets off easy instead of eating the 30 minute penalty will realize not to make that mistake again? It's not always a case of "you screwed up, suffer for it".
