They only push close to enrage because dps keep dying. If you're down 2 dps at the end, you are screwed. You can do it with 1 down but it will be close. The dps check at the end is pretty strict.

After the second tidal wave, you have x minutes to kill him. And he's designed to do the second tidal wave at x%. This means no matter what, you have to do x% damage in those x minutes. It's a dps check you cannot bypass. How fast you dealt damage earlier means nothing. What matters is how fast you deal damage now.

In the end you're proving yourself wrong, by stating i90 is good. It's a close run. having a i92 group is leagues better at beating levi then an i90 from the enrage. Even with no deaths, it can get pretty tight.

And levi only really skips phases because of dots. If you take out a smn or lower your dot ratio, levi will never skip phases. It's not the i90 that skips phase, it's your party.
