Community Ignored about Atma?

I'd like to know what Yoshida will ever do with this. I have constantly worked on FATEs in between DF's but I just don't have to the time to drop 8+ hours a day because of work and life. I get maybe 3 hours tops a day to play and that it devoted to Turn 5 or Sol grind. I'm not upset that he made it so we have to put some time into it, but I've had FC members walking out day 1 only 12 hours after patch with all 12 while others are doing hundreds just for 1. If there is a luck counter mechanic in the game, how can I dump points into it since it's 0? If there is a dice roll, can you please make it reasonable? We want to get better chances at getting this when most of us have an 8-5 and school to deal with, make it a little better for the simple working man who wants to enjoy an MMO with their friends instead of luck grinding.

8-5 school? I'm putting in 14 hour shifts at work and still have enough time to grind. And I'm enjoying it. No one's putting a gun to your head, forcing you to do it. The most time I've devoted to grinding is maybe 2 hours max. It's not even that hard.
