Have you noticed the zones have fewer people in them doing atma quest =/ ... been trying to farm fates (I lost my mind) to level and noticed atma areas have been near dead.it took me a total of about 82-84 hours to get the 7 I have, it's been nearly 3 days now since my last atma drop, though admittedly I've been slacking a lot more on it. I've found what helps for me is, I just do them until I'm frustrated and then I go do something else for a while, if I feel like it later, I go back to it, they're not going anywhere, I figure, there's no need to be all "omg must get and has nao!" Yes, other people got it, yes probably easier than I will have mine. That's not an excuse to "snap out" on someone else because their fortune is better than mine. That's just being a dick, no offense.
A company shouldn't and doesn't remove a policy just because some people don't like it especially one that is working as intended and has more than one purpose...which is also working. Even a fun place to work like google has policies not everyone agrees with... welcome to life dear.... your not always going to get your way ; ;
You're welcome to friend and party up with me any time really, since we're on the same server and all. But yeah A good portion of the day today I've been the only person doing FATEs in the Horizon area, I guess people either quit trying or got theirs and moved on
I'm not doing this quest anymore and i think i'll Quit soon because i feel like SE is making fun of us.
On Tonberry I've also noticed much less people doing Atma recently.
To think I'm considering doing a 2nd set of Atma, but the amount of people doing the FATEs dropped significantly and I'm reconsidering again..
Yeah, I'm on my last atma (first set), and even during prime time the number of people doing fates is really low these days.

The more time you spend complaining about it is less time you could be spending hunting atma.
Don't have a single atma weapon yet, I see all kinds of Dragoons with atma or even animus (most common animus I see is SCH), but I'm fine with the system as is.
Do yourself a favor if you're "bored of low-level FATEs:" acquire atmas in ascending-level areas. Start with the lowest level FATEs (atma of scales), then work your way up to the top (outer la nosc maybe? can't remember which it is). And do it on a DPS class. Long wait times in between DR ques make it the perfect time filler. Hell, make your focus doing the roulette then FATE spamming as a secondary thing.
Actually, companies do that all the time. Public support is a very important thing to companies, especially when the people complaining are threatening to take their money away from the company. Regardless of whether or not this is how they wanted it to work, with the sheer number of people complaining about it they should at least be doing some damage control and explaining it to their paying customers.A company shouldn't and doesn't remove a policy just because some people don't like it especially one that is working as intended and has more than one purpose...which is also working. Eh, I realize people really don't like Atma but this response hasn't gonna beyond the normal crap you see on forums. You see a few users who joined the forum in March or April but that's about it.
I'm fortunate on that because I just persuade my fiance to run them alongside me and keep me healed up while we both use our chocobos, I don't really need a whole lot of people to be there to help me with them that way, all of the boss FATEs I was able to easily kill with my damage and her Aero dot, lol.
