Change the tin drum sound of when you select an action from the action bar

I think that sound must be inside your head because I don't know what you're talking about.

In all honesty, though I play FFXIV daily, I cannot recall the action select sound. To me it wasn't anything significant, special, or out of place that it merited being remembered I guess. Though I am all for changing it if it irritates other players.
