Does anyone know what the caps are for the new i70 hats?

The i70 hat (there is only 1, for all DoLs) is not meldable. iirc it's 7 perception more than a fully melded i55 DoL hat, or something like that at least.
Anyone know how to hit the 383 required for the retainer XIII ventures?
Get your retainer one o' those i70 tools/hats
Can someone just post the ideal materia meld right now? (how many materia you need, which to meld first etc. total amount needed) Just reading the vague value caps given here is enough to make most people who are new to materia melding head spin.
I.e.

Hell, is this accurate? Because I have all the materia I need lol

This is basically the same info listed here, just more detailed on how to do it best. Has helped me so far, just capped my gloves today.

Thats not how to do it best, your wasting a lot of materia do to failed attempts, You can cap most of those items in fewer attempts if your willing to use IV or IIIs. Like with the shirt a IV, IV, III will hit listed caps. Maybe its best if your buying all your materia since your only wasting IIs and Is.This is basically the same info listed here, just more detailed on how to do it best. Also the stat caps listed are missing GP for most pieces. I would go for 606 GP not 600. 606GP lets you use vender food to hit the 650GP needed to get 100% gather along with 2 guaranteed HQs from old 1* nodes. New 1* needs new tools to 100%, even with best HQ food your only getting 1% more than vender food.

I've just been using it as a supplement to this thread, as it does have the GP caps on pieces. As for the wasting money part, I'm just crafting low level gear and converting, I don't mind overmelding because I can just craft more gear.Thats not how to do it best, your wasting a lot of materia do to failed attempts, You can cap most of those items in fewer attempts if your willing to use IV or IIIs. Can anyone verify if this is a good crafting materia setup? It seems to me like the person uses too many low level materia which could easily be replaced by high level, leaving more open for overmelding (GP3 vs GP6 for one). However, maybe its easy enough to hit these numbers without overmelding everything, I am not sure. Thanks for this thread I found it very helpful. Here is how I've done my melding sticking to the 600 GP and as much Perception targets as possible.
Edit - This is how I did all my melding for all sets. Thankfully melding for Gathering classes is extremely cheap. I have made a video where I explain it all here if it's of any interest to anyone: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5jTlIuyjSUI
