I had a bard refuse to play because I was outdpsing him in my spirit binding gear.
When healing, I've had tanks drop because I was DPSing in cleric stance, even though no one was dying.
I've also had it go the other way where the healer dropped during Amdapor Keep because I was using Sword Oath despite taking little damage and not losing aggro.

During an Aurum Vale DF run earlier today, a guy in our party raged over losing a roll.
Unless prior conditions have been agreed upon (which they never are) I will always greed and/or need whatever I can. I consider this fair play, and don't see nothing wrong with it. I can sell the items for company seals or gil, so of course I would participate in every roll. But today this one guy started whining and calling me a ninja for losing one roll to me. And it was only that one roll. He kept spamming the chat that he wanted to be kicked because he couldn't play with a ninja like me.
So I'm a ninja now, huehue.
Every single tank on the Roulette.

I left 3 groups today, same reason all three times: because of one smartmiqo DPS that doesn't listen, and is completely delusional when you ask them too. Case in point, marking 1, 2, and 3 targets, ranged DPS is helping me with 1, I flash 2 and 3, then for some reason the melee dps attacks 3, goes hard on it, aggros it, so I have to tank that too, then 2 goes after healer because my GCDs were too limted to tab between them enough, then the healer dies, I spam heal to keep everyone alive, healer gets back, I finally stabalize the situation, then suddenly melee switches to 2 randomly, almost repeats the entire process, all before we've even downed 1. This is on the first pull. What happens when I ask him nicely to follow kill order? He tells me that "its not even hard." Yeah. That whole situation wasn't even hard.
