They tend to be pretty expensive, though, as they often need the treasure map drop and a tome craft and tome mat-sorry, Company materials now, are again hard to get. You have to run dungeons or spam Fates to get the seals needed to buy one and you still need nine for one craft.

Incorrect. No tome or company mats are needed for the Sailor set.

You're welcome! I made the set for my girlfriend not that long ago, along with the Highland set. She absolutely loves them!

The Highland Set:

Hood
Smock
Mitts
Boots

These ones need Blue Fox Hide, which comes from Goatskin Treasure Maps.

The Goatskin Maps require a level 41 gatherer, I believe, where the Boarskin require a 46... see here for more info on treasure maps. You can, optionally, buy both the maps (if you wish) and the special items (blue fox hide, mariner's cloth) on the market board.
