Most people who play BRD and fail EVEN HARDER at it (seriously, easiest job in the game, how in the world can you screw this up?)
Tanks that stand in AoEs
Not specific to any class but: In general fails on EASY content because somebody keeps making repeated mistakes without making an effort to fix this. Mostly predominant in melee jobs

Any DPS class that doesn't have a single level in a MRD or GLA that complains about a person's tanking skills.

I don't have to be a professional dancer to know when someone can't dance.

Lv50 BLM complaining about how they're the only BLM in the party using a Flare rotation on a single-target primal phase.

I hate when white mages stand around in fates and spam stone instead of healing anyone...then they let everyone die. I call these bad white mages "stoners" (lol)

Dps who use LB as finishers... (more so on non last bosses, the bar could be filled up some more during the fight, that and a majority of the time the damage is overkill as in boss is at 3k LB does 10k... but only does the 3k with 7k vanishing away) .

This is entirely subjective. Have to see why is the healer low on MP - over heal or people dying?

If it is healer's poor MP management or people taking unnecessary dmg and dying then it's no fault of the BRD for having low MP if he has spent his MP on Foe Requiem as required/needed.

Agree with this, most fights that are planned a bard will have set places for dps output with foe, and a good time to top up mp.
All other fights, dungeons for points etc, the healer should never be that low on mp.

Anyway, biggest pet peave which a lot of people have said, getting hate and running around like a headless chicken.
Bards who always run around like headless chickens, I think bards have ants in their tights.
Bards who do not use songs, seeing a bard with full mp at the end of a boss fight infuriates me.

i would agree with the last part, but not all parties will have magic dps. have foes up just to have it up is kinda stupid.

this happened recently. when tanks forget to use shield oath, or when they dont have that, sword oath, and then proceed to blame the healer or dps for taking hate.
dps standing in attacks forcing me to heal them when it was avoidable. dps taking a raise and then hopping right back into the fight, only to die seconds later and expect another SC raise. i leave them dead.
healers forgetting how useful regen is for when you have to focus on healing one person. toss a regen on someone and forget them unless they get hit again.

As a monk/dragoon:
- tanks who rotate target for no reason

As a tank:
- white mages who cast regen/medica 2 midpull/before pull and then whine about aggro (I'm looking at you Brayflox speedrun)
- any healers that don't do anything when I take almost no damage during the whole dungeon
- DDs that run when they pull aggro off me

As a healer:
- any class that runs off at the start of the dungeon without waiting for at least protect... I can do stoneskins and bubbles midfight, no problem, but at least wait for the protect
- tanks/DDs that do protect/stoneskin and overwrite my scholar's protect/stoneskin for no reason (for example I buff them and two seconds later some wisebutt does the same buff again)
- DDs who think it's the best idea ever to be as far away from each other as possible and make me run to get in range
- anybody who doesn't even bother trying avoiding aoes (latency I can understand, but when they just stand there like statues...)
