When a healer is low on MP and so is the Bard because they wasted it all on Foes Requiem

This is entirely subjective. Have to see why is the healer low on MP - over heal or people dying?

If it is healer's poor MP management or people taking unnecessary dmg and dying then it's no fault of the BRD for having low MP if he has spent his MP on Foe Requiem as required/needed.
