Silly things people leave duties over

In dungeons, when the tank finds out you/ party doesn't need him till boss fights or finds out the healer can tank better lol.
When the tank asks the healer to stop pulling ahead unless they want to tank, gets outplayed when the healer actually does a good job of tanking.

You have a weird sense of what outplaying means. You sound like a tanks worst nightmare, any other healer probably outplays you in actual reality.

I wonder why people would do that... the time it takes to find another group doing Crystal Tower nowadays plus the time it takes to get to where he left off would be so long he might as well just stayed...

Tank leaving because I was dpsing in cleric stance and he insisted his hp should be full all the time even though I never let it drop below 50%

Or they leave because you aren't DPSing enough for their liking.

Join EX primal through DF and leave after 10 min because it seems team cannot complete it.

P.S.: i am much smarter than that and know there will be a dps who quits first so i will not have a 30 min penalty.

This. Some people just refuse to even try, it's pretty sad.

I think the worst I've seen was a healer in Ifrit HM who threw an absolute fit at the rest of the group for letting the warrior be main tank. Like, we weren't even doing bad at it, but this guy was just insistent that we play the way he wanted us to play. And then acted like he was an irreplaceable part of the group and we were totally going to regret it when he abandoned us.

We solo healed it for a few minutes, and then that night I found out that when somebody joins to make it a full party the entire limit gauge resets... right in the middle of nails.

Beat it eventually though.
