90k and random lag with disconnects

The game is unplayable for me on ps4 half the time it won't let me log in, the other half it kicks me out after five minutes of horrible lag spikes. I know it's not my connection because it plays just fine on pc. My account has been canceled I will reinstate automatic renewal after the issue has been fixed.

Are you connecting your PS4 wired or wirelessly?
Is PC wired or wireless?

Both are wireless my ps4 and pc.. My pc is working fine i just tried it no problems there... it was fine for about an hour until i got home from work now it keeps saying 2002 error or it loads up the character select screen pn ps4 my character does not show then it gives me the 2002 error

Same problem for me. New player and getting 90k every few minutes. The only time i played at length was after midnight when having my ps4 right next to my modem. My connection at the char select says excellent where my ps4 is now though.
