1. Bards that don't use Quelling Strikes before a tank gets enmity and kites enemies around so no one else can hit them.
1. Black Mages that Flare right at the start of pulls.
Anyone else?

Black Mages that run around like headless chickens in a boss fight where adds have fixed targetting and target them and make it tougher for me to kill.
ANYONE who runs around like a beheaded chicken when they take aggro. Job does not matter.
This so much. I see a lot of people saying Bards, but dudes and dudettes, in my experience, HEALERS do it FAR MORE OFTEN.
White Mages who think they are DPS and blow all of their MP on holy spam and then demand ballad because they have none left for healing. You know, the ones that ignore the entire reason their job exists.
Anyone who AoEs when there's only one or two targets where single target spells/abilities will be far more damaging and effective. And I'm not talking about the BLMs who use up their remaining bit of MP on a flare before popping transcendence or convert. I'm talking about the BLMs that fire/bliz 2 everything, the bards who rain of death incessantly with TP song up no matter what they're fighting, and so on.
Bards who don't use blunt arrow... at all. Or those who use it for extra dmg on fights where it's needed to silence something.
Bards who refuse to play songs, even when asked, because it cuts into their DPS.
Trolls. Period.

From a monk point of view
1. anyone that runs around while a mob has aggro on them, making them 100% un-hittable.
2. Tanks that spin mobs for no reason.
Questing is like participating in an Old Spice Commercial - Talk to me, talk to him, talk to me, talk to him, Now Talk To Me...Sadly, you are not done, back to him, look there, its that mob I never liked, back to me, back to him...I'm in the Waking Sands.
Sometimes tanks spin them to avoid frontal AoE, other times to position it to not hurt his/her party members. If the tank is just dancing around for no apparent reason I suspect s/he's just bored and needs a cookie.
This can be avoided by simply side stepping out of the AoE and as soon as the indicator vanishes moving right back to the position.
Agreed! As DRG I need either be on the side, or behind, so when the tank decides to run around its like "Pick a plae already!"
