I'd love more filters for the name plates. Right now its PC/Party members/Ally members/NPCS/everyone else. It would be nice if there were filters for your Free Company, friendslist and linkshells.

Display Buff/Debuff Timers in Party List (e.g. have icon "deplete" or "fill" with a Shader)
Display Signs in Mob List
Implement FC/LS Owner/Officer/Party Leader Chat Colors
Implement Waymark D (change your mind SE)

Allow players to write a little message by their friends names on the friend's list. Like why we befriended them. "Excellent tank in Brayflox" or "Killer healer". I have people on my friends' list that I dunno why (can't remember) I added them.

Can we please get vanity items mentioned when we examine someone?
I know a lot of people examine others to check gear levels/melds/whatever for raiding but I check them because I see "Oh, that person's wearing/using something cool! What is it and where can I get it? I'll examine them to find out the name then look it up!"
Currently we have a little icon indicating that something is hidden but I want to know what it is that's actually being projected. Even just a little text field like they have for who crafted an item or the materia listings on an item would help in identifying what it is.
Now that prisms are so commonly used, a lot of interesting looking gear is coming to light. Asking people often results in no answer or a rude answer and I don't really see any reason for the interface not to say what we're looking at when we examine someone...
Edit: Nevermind. I just figured out that hovering over the item in examine will alternate the name between what is actually being worn and what is being projected. It's not clear which is which but at least that changes my searches from hundreds of items to just 2 XD

Duration/Expiration meter on Buff/Debuff Icons
Inventory/Armory handling needs to be "smarter." As things are right now, there are too many times I want to change gear and get the message "Armory is full" when there is all sorts of room in my inventory. There need to be more circumstances that will allow the inventory to act as a secondary destination for items being swapped out.
I believe the item that is being projected has a kind of greyed out/dulled name while the actual item worn looks normal brightness.

1. I would love the ability to take the Parameters HUD element (HP/MP/TP bars) and split it into three separate entities. In turn, I could then stack them vertically (ala FFXI's look). Plus, it'll help immensely with how I want to set up my UI.
2. To go along with the above, I'd like the ability to shorten the exp bar much more than it already can.

I get that Atma, being level 100 SHOULD be difficult to obtain but there is no REAL difference between Zenith and atma.
There should be SOME real stat changes, seeing the relatively low drop rate of atma is already completely time consuming.
that or a function that raises atma drop rates.

Not sure if it's been mentioned before, but separating the Duty timer and objectives from the quest list would be very helpful for me.
I like to have my quest list disabled for a bit a realism when I am doing quests, but there are when I am running dungeons it'd be nice to have the timer and, for instance, the elemental conversion tracker for Leviathan Extreme.
