Since we on this topic, what does the (Max 1-99) mean? To the right of every meal name......

Its the maximum benefit you can receive from each food.
i.e. if it says +3%(max 15) you can get a maximum of 15 points of that trait, generally higher food has higher caps, and is more expensive to make
