I knew this was going to make a pop up somewhere in this thread lol, if you don't want to teach and/or carry ppl every single moment you are logged in, you are an elitest. Well guess what, sometimes we just want to get our win and move on to other things just like you. Grow up dude.

Its an MMO, you are able to play and progress this game for literally years, there is no reason to QQ about something that takes hours, If you were a true ff fan that played xi you would be amazed at how easy these weapons are to get. And SE cant just design a game around your schedule or the handful of ppl who want to rage cause they have jobs and families that don't mix with their gaming addictions and will quit long before those of us you consider "elitest". Plus you have 3 months before next patch. That's ample time to get at least 1 zodiac done and then you have years after that to complete more.

My only qualm is that they put them as FATE drops and I find fates horrendously boring and lazy game design. My first set took me 50 hrs, but I did it, and Im doing it 3 more times for other weapons.

50+ hours for my 12 ATMA. Pretty much all I've done since 2.2 besides a handful of Levi's.

It was rough but it's done. The books are much more quantifiable and I plan on doing 1 book max a week so I can get back to enjoying the game.

The are not the best weapons but because they will continue to evolve everyone should be working on one even if it's just a few hours a week.

It's not just the elitist. Idc if an elitist is a team player. They're not. It's the others too, that can't do it. I've been running T5 and tried Titan just now. The elitists bully the bad players and the bad players quit out too. I'll never get where you guys equate being good to winning at this. Being really good is being able to go in with a noob party and direct the show. I guess it's hard to take charge if all you've ever done is supersized a big Mac meal though

For someone like me who's just behind cause I've leveled a lot of players learning mmo its near impossible unless you go with people you know. Twintania I haven't had a single problem. Titan I didn't know to provoke but after 1 run I'm not the problem. I feel bad for the guys that quit too, you try and convince them to stay and they've been kicked around so much they blame it all on themselves. Too bad it's such an awesome game, didn't realize the type of people that would be playing it lol. Guess I didn't think it through too much, they gotta bully someone lmao just wish i didn't have to deal with it in a game

Just ran again, watched em just obliterate the poor MT. Nice guy, came in and said he was new. Let hi MT cause its easier for me to MTso I figured it'd be for him. By second run everyone was calling him an idiot. He quit out cause he felt bad. It's actually pretty funny when people quit out on me, I get to a problem I handle it as best I can. Just have to keep in mind that DF is usually a crap shoot used to learn mechanics. Like titan HM be4 patch... u gunna die! So I recommend joining/starting a learning party in pf. More reliable.

Just wanna say what a slap in the face the new quests are to the loyal final fantasy crowd that got you guys to where you are today.weve been playing 20 years, investing our cash and atma is what you give us? So by comparison since most of us are in our 30s with jobs and families we can't get the best weapons because it takes no skill just hours upon hours of wasted time? Thanks for introducing me to mmo's, hopefully I'm not giving my money to elder scrolls in a week or two

If anything's ironic, it's this.

Atma/Animus isn't even needed. Hell, I've only got Zenith and I'm still able to MT over OT trying to MT, even when he's got Animus gear [insert irony here]. So anyone complaining that we NEED upgraded relic needs to re-evaluate how their spending their days. I see more Dragoon atmas than any other, last runs of Turn 1 I've done, it's been nothing but Dragoon gear. Go do Turn 1 and finish up through Turn 5, then we'll see how much you love your atmas. ¬_¬
