Yeah, this wasn't a case of poor spelling or "non-native" speaker misspelling... this is a case of "words put into a line, but a sentence did not result"

Though if I think I parsed it right, I think he wants guild leader transfer if the old leader quits, pre-made groups for raids, and official SE guild website tools... but that's only from picking out a few nouns and verbs that could be reshuffled into a coherent sentence... and I'm sure I'm completely wrong.

Might also be complaining about the "35 day, Inactive FC House Foreclosure" that's coming in the next patch.
