BLM dps on t6 superslug rotation?

If you guys are doing the superslug method on turn6 and its like 10 seconds to kill it before it kills everyone.. What do you guys prefer would be the best rotation for a blm over a 10second time. Assuming you have fire3 and close 3k mana?

Do you think you should ride with fire1s and maybe a swiftcast flare at like 8 seconds or try for one fire1 and maybe double flare?

The slug died quickly (in like 3-4 seconds after lb) if you have meelee lb3 on it and everyone start attacking it as soon as it spawns. So in my case you don't need that much rotation. I just used about 2-3 Fire1s and the slug went down.
My raid group stalls phase 1 for a while to let lb gauge builds up.

with a Tier 2 melee LB and if all the dps jump on the slug as soon as it grows, you should be able to take it down within its enrage. But if you want to be safe you can fire, swiftcast flare+convert and follow with another fire.

You can also precast as long as you time it correctly, it does not detarget you as it transforms.

yeah, i cast a thunder 2 on it while it's still small then use raging strikes and start burning it down, with melee lb2 and all of the dps attacking it it will go down pretty quickly, just need to make sure everyone's on it or else you'll die to the aoe (actually i think this is only if you let it absorb all 3 slimes, which my group does... i have no clue how the fight goes if you let each slug get big)
