    It was advertised long before 2.0 service began that certain key items would no longer be needed and would be tradable for Grand Company seals. We went into 2.0 expecting to be able to turn this stuff in for seals. Makes not sense to change it all a sudden and not do what was advertised to begin with.

    It was working fine 2.0-2.16. It's a known bug that they haven't fixed yet for 2.2-2.21.
