    Safe to assume no, since you can't solo queue for Coil 1-5 yet, and that functionality is rolling out at the same time as tier 1 echo.

    In the maintenance notes it mentions they will be doing maintenance and Patch 2.21, therefore I think it's highly likely that they will be adding the echo buff to coil. Which means my static needs to down twin TONIGHT!

    Nah, supposedly you can turn off the Echo if you don't want it.

    Absolutely. Just move that mouse up to the buff and right click it. The same can be done with most other buffs.

    But they want to down it before the echo was available so later they can show their achievements and noone can argue.

    Yah Ive been in EX groups where people kept turning off their Echo buffs lol but yah given that tonight's maint is officially patch 2.21 I doubt it's just the Hatchling Event. The Live Letter laid out the Echo plans in a nice little graphic in two week increments and this should be step one. What Im curious about is if they'll allow solo queue to Levi and Moggle EX as well.

    I was helping out a Titan EX groups last night. People were unexperienced with higher-than-usual DPS so when the phases move faster with Echo buff, they fail to retain common sense and die to bombs/mechanics.

    But echo actually meant for Solo DF for this 2 weeks , only after this 2 weeks for Premades , so u have 2 weeks still !!
