Why does Active Combat System get thrown away and yet Guidlleves get a second chance?

Guildleve system is not flawed from the core- the combat system was (apparently).

And you don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure out why.

No, for that you just need to be full of yourself and pretend you know everything.
