Currently, yes. But! SE has already said that updating your relic is going to be something available in each patch so it would have to be done eventually. Personally, I think the Book should be something you can buy with the seals from your perspective GC. Have to have SOME kind of use for all those extrea seals...

I burned 50k seals on 20 bottles of Potash, and I still need another 25 more - this is not including however many Lime Sulphur/Coke/Animal Fat/Ventures I still need to get. I'd say GC seals are in a good spot now. At least, when I go Atma farming, I do it partially in mind for the seals.

ppl can begin to do it in the next update because the old content will be ease up, ppl should stop rush & complain

Seals is gil atm, so I am fine with the way it is beside the 1,5k myth / book can be pain in the ass, but 5 sr and do it 3 time/day or 2 will reach there eventually
