I dont know who in their right minds ever designed Titan, but I swear they better NEVER put another primal fight like that in game...It really is the sloppiest dev design of all time to just throw insta kill mechanics at your players and let them dance around them. Give me challenges and hard content any day over something you have to memorize and just pray you have no lag while moving around.
I have cleared it, but then you always have others who need to get past it and no one in their right minds actually WANTS to do that shitty fight ever again. I would send a batch of chocolate chip cookies to the dev who redesigns it or just obliterates it from the game to never see the light of day again.
Who wants to take bets on how long it takes the general bulk of titan complainers to reach t7 and really let the tears run about unforgiving fights?
Titan is a joke in comparison.
I completely disagree with the comparison. T7 is extremely unforgiving of mistakes (much harder than Titan!), but everything has time to be set up and you can control/slow down certain mechanics if you're clever and careful about it. The only ability that requires fast reaction times is the ability from that last add, but literally everything else is about coordination and awareness.
Titan requires a lot of fast reaction and the margin for error is extremely small for these abilities. Some days I'll see the cast bar start for Weight of the Land and then be dead because of a millisecond of lag or bad latency. Others, I'll anticipate the cast (which I generally have to do to dodge, it's too late once the markers show up) and end up killing somebody because I was slightly early. The only mechanics that I really enjoy in Titan is Landslide + Bombs, everything else is a pain in the ***.

I actually quite enjoy Titan Ex, and personally find it much easier than Garuda Ex. I also like that they put the echo buff in simply because it gets people to stay around for more than one attempt.
Questing is like participating in an Old Spice Commercial - Talk to me, talk to him, talk to me, talk to him, Now Talk To Me...Sadly, you are not done, back to him, look there, its that mob I never liked, back to me, back to him...I'm in the Waking Sands.
Sadly it doesn't. As I've mentioned before, I've had quite a few people drop out the second we get echo
Do you just disagree with the comparison, which was a point on how unforgiving the fight is on errors rather than the mechanics, or think Titan is harder as well? If the latter I cannot disagree more, as someone who has cleared both of these things. That's all I can say really.I completely disagree with the comparison. Unforgiving doesn't equate to "die because you moved 1/4th of a second too late". Punishing mechanics that require cooperation? Much easier for a good group to deal with.
i queue like 1 hour to get into titan ex, 4 times until i finally down him
now another nightmare irfit ex, it not that hard but 2 hr queue time stop me from attempt the encounter
ask FC to help? well they enjoying their levi EX and coil2 , not that they don't want to help they just not hav time anymore
with each passing day - less levi ex practive on PF list, i think by the time i have enough time to queue for irfit and complete it, everyone will hav levi on farm and i got left behind coz of lack of playtime again
it a mistake that i sub for 60 days for this patch, i think next patch i sub for 30 days and wait till next patch,
