Probably not faster but easier.

Also to the screenshot above, you can save a lot of time if you skip the mega bomb phase. The boss phases at 5% so if you save all your CDs till about 10% and get people to burst as it phases you can kill it before it loses it's hitbox. I pop raging strikes, fish for a firestarter proc and use it with a swiftcast flare.

We do skip mega bombs with well placed LB he is about to die, we never get to 3rd bombs.
