    Questions about the Gilgamesh server

    me and my FC are considering switching servers. right now we're deciding between Gilgamesh and Leviathan. based on the xivsoul site, gilgamesh has more people in FCs. but how active is the server itself? based on forum posts it seems Leviathan might have more active forum users which in turn means more active people ingame usually. would be great if you guys gave me insight

    I have been told that Gilgamesh is where many of the RP-ers have flocked to but no, it is not an RP server. You'll see them in the taverns and there are a number of RP guilds but I would say the larger majority players are just casual folk with a few HC guilds out there.

    HC = Hardcore. Basically these are smaller FCs for very focus end-game content players. They normally race head of everyone else to do all the content within the shortest time after the release of new content. It quite impressive and sad all in the same wonderful glance.
