Not really. The Japanese have a LONG history of getting exclusive information and products that never make it anywhere else. I don't see why it's so difficult to wait for a proper translation and releasing the information simultaneously....oh wait, there isn't anything difficult about it. They just choose the give them the information first as they still believe they are the more important demographic.

People just need to admit the the Japanese are racist and Xenophobic and the gaming industry, japanese, reinforces/proves that with things as simple as press release on websites, which can easily all be updated at once at the same time. We don't even have to get into console features and exclusives *cough Wii dvd patch cough*
