Very interesting, thank you. I've been wondering how to fit Waste Not into the 3 stars without any luck.

Are you using all HQ mats? What is the lowest quality you can start with before you cannot comfortably HQ the craft? This seems to be chancing everything on Hasty Touches, which can go bad very quickly if even two fail.

I have seen a LOT of crafting rotations for 3 stars lately, but they all come down to the same things.
380-390 CP
8 80% HT's
7 80% HT's + 2 50% HT's
1 80% HT + 5 100% BT's
1-2 PbP + 3-4 progress actions (CS2 or Standard Synth) under Ing2.

I think we, as a community, are getting to the point where we have min-maxed this as much as we can. The rest is just how much you want to deal with RNG.

Depending on whether it is the 3 star mat or the 3 star gear thou. I have crafted my 3 star gears using all HQ'ed mats and I can deal with 6-7 stacks of IQ and achieve 100% HQ.

Lowest I can comfortably go is 1500 quality worth (about half NQ, half HQ), 1k is when it gets starts getting risky (about 80~85%), sub-1k is reserved for the 3 star mats where I can get 38% and hope for the coin flip.

Did u ever try it or this is a troll? You can finish 445 progress with only 4 CS (I think u mean CS II, but nvm) under IG II and 391 craftmanship?

For gears itself, all HQ mats would have completed 50% of the quality, the rest of the 2000+ is just like crafting 2 star stuff like Darksteel gears with all NQ mats. Not much difficulty, just that completion takes 5 steps instead of 3. 6-7 IQ stacks should do the job here.

It's always the 3 star mats that causes the problem.. with only 1000+ as a starter I'll need 7-8 IQ stacks to pull it off. Termus Putty is the devil of the devil since it's always zero :/
