To answer your question which some people have failed to answer. Your best gear set is one that maximizes your parry while maintaining the accuracy cap of 481. Depending on which class you intend on playing will determine how this is done. I wouldn't worry too much about accuracy because you can use food to help you reach it (although not ideal) if you are falling short. HQ cabbage (can't think of the full name at the moment) will give you approximately 21 acc. My suggestion would be to go to XIVDB.com and use the wardrobe to plan out your best in slot list using the philosophy from the second sentence.

As for the acc cap in T6 no one has suggested any direct evidence although some may think its slightly higher than T5. Do not go with a single set (ie., all myth vs. all allagan) as doing so will not allow you to reach the acc cap. The best in slot set is going to be a mix and match set. For both classes you'll want the myth body, myth hands, and myth pants, the allagan helmet, and the allagan boots. The accessories will vary depending on the class. Paladin uses more allagan, while warrior uses more of a mix.

Lastly, NEVER EVER EVER use the Vortex Ring of Fending that drops from garuda extreme. It is just awful and any tank wearing should be hit with a wet noodle.

If you want a more specific or detailed list I would recommend searching the web for best in slot list. There is a paladin compendium on here that explains the best in slot list pre 2.2. and I'm sure there is a warrior one as well (just not as detailed as the pld one).
