Once she is welcomed she opens shop and starts teaching her Art of (insert class here). Works as she is new right now but to start teaching one does not need buildings but simply free time to teach the students.I don't see this happening. not because I don't think they'll add those classes, but think of the implications it would be to write her in as a major NPC that new players can use to unlock the classes with and progress along their class or job story line with looooong before they encounter her in the main scenario. It would not make sense then to have her arrive with the boat-load of refugees as if she was brand new to Eorzea.
I mean, yes, the game does a fair share of time bubble shenanigans. All games do. But it would be a hard pill to swallow, unless they made it a level 50 unlock (unlikely) after this point in the main scenario (very VERY unlikely).
