My Wind-up Bahamut code has been used already??

As the thread title states, I went to the Mog Station to put in my code for the Wind-up Bahamut minion, but it says that my code has already been used? How can that be? I just got the soundtrack yesterday and opened it up as soon as I got it, but I just got around to wanting to put it in today.

Can a moderator or someone please help me out?? I tried looking at the support page for Mog Station, but there is NO options shown for dealing with something like this. Please help. I don't want to shell out another $60 for a soundtrack and another downloadable code!

I swear, if this does not get resolved, I am never going to purchase another product again from the Square-Enix store. As I do not want to get cheated out of purchasing a product only when something (like the code for downloading the character) has already been used. This NEEDS to be addressed!!

Well you're better off making a topic @ Support instead of on the forums i guess, even if a mod would respond he would probably send you to there support/helpdesk

Like making sure you use all caps to input the code...
