He's prob talking about a different thing. Like for example, the really skimpy male marauder you come in contact with in the Titan questline, the self-proclaimed warrior of light. Once you go in competition with him on who can destroy their own boulders first, he cheekily does that "frontal shockwave" occasionally that seams to go for an unlimited range.

I'd also like to see a few abilities to come in play in the future.

1. Water II (seen on water elemental sprites as an aoe water attack)
2. All of Shantottos abilities, those were just awesome.
3. Enthunder, Enfire, etc (seen all over the game).
3. Dragoons and their Fire/Lightning/Ice breath. (seen by mobs all around)
4. I'll put more later if I remember any.
