Stop forcing people to do the story quests every time there's a new patch

Sick and tired of this crap. I do not play the game to RP with these boring quests. I got to 50, and that should be the end of boring, grindy and time consuming quests.

If you want people to follow the story, then this is not the way. I literally have no idea what's going on in the story because I don't care and you'll never be able to force me to read huge walls of text.

besides, you don't have to do the main story line. no one is forcing you. there's still plenty of new content to do that is completely unrelated to the main story quests. stop crying just because you don't like to read and can't follow a story.

Well this is how FFXIV works, so you should probably just cancel your sub now and save yourself from a WHOLE crap-load of disappointment.

I mean... you're playing a final fantasy game and asking that the game not revolve around final fantasy story quests. that's just awesome. people really do have complaints about every single thing in this game.
