    Just got the vouchers myself, checked the lady in Mor Dhona and the calamity salvager. Not in either one for me.

    If that's the case, and the patch notes didn't specifically say they were being removed/relocated, then at this point I think we can consider it a bug that cropped up during the 2.2 implementation. Hopefully SE will address this soon.
