These could have been new, unique boss FATEs, each of its own zodiac sign, that actually would have been fine, the fact that we're running level 5 FATEs for our i90 weapons in March 2014 is what pisses me off about this, we've already done this shit enough to get sick of it.
It makes absolutely no sense as to why these Atma's can be gotten from any FATE in the zone either from a story perspective, it's just a terribly lazy way to keep people "busy" (spamming flash/other aoe and tabbing out).

I assumed this was the FATE's the Zodiac Quest was talking about until I learned they drops from ANY random FATE in the specific location.

Granted it makes it harder to gather them all in quick succession if they drop at a very low rate in any random FATE but it just makes it... tiring.
