Reading Patch 2.2 notes, what does the second sentence of this paragraph mean?

I think it means you no longer need a full party to cue in the duty finder.

If this is in regards to Turns 1-5 now being in DF. When the patch goes live you have to queue up for the turns with a full group from your server. In one of those 2 week Echo additions, they will lift this restriction and you will be able to queue up for a cross server DF coil party.

It means initially to enter BC 1-5 you need a group of 8 people to enter. But later you'll be able to queue up by yourself and be matched.

The first two weeks of 2.2, you can queue in the duty finder for coil. However, you need a full party in order to use it. After 2 weeks, they will change it so you can solo queue for coil
